Shipping Policy

Free insured freight

Every outboard ships free, fully insured, to the lower 48 states. Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday to Friday leave our dock within 24 hours.

Delivery

Outboards move by freight carrier. You will receive tracking as soon as the unit is collected, and the carrier will call to arrange a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment.

Inspection on arrival

Inspect the crate before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day so we can file the freight claim for you.
