Refund Policy

30-day returns

If the outboard is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorisation. Units must be uninstalled, unfuelled and in their original crate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the unit arriving back with us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a unit arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover return freight and send a replacement at no cost.
